Project Details
Description
We focus on IT program management, digital governance, and decision quality in public-sector IT and data-driven projects, with particular attention to cost overruns, benefit shortfalls, and systemic governance failures.
Drawing on empirical analysis of thousands of projects across sectors, has been proven that IT and data-driven investments systematically suffer from weak accountability structures, poor forecasting, and a lack of independent technical oversight.
This project collects innovative practices in IT program management, software engineering, data science, and data governance theory to mitigate and prevent IT failures in the public sector undergoing digital transformation.
