Description
The Digital Emergency Communication (DIGeMERGE) project explores the conditions and consequences of digitalising emergency communication across the Nordic countries Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
The goal of the project is to better understand the practice of everyday digitalisation of emergency communication, as well as the consequences for the relations between state and citizen.
