Project Details
Description
The CoRDS network brings together a unique consortium of 9 beneficiaries, comprising 8 academic and 1 non-academic organizations. It aims to deliver a comprehensive, interdisciplinary training programme for a new generation of professionals trained in machine learning and operations research. This programme integrates scientific, technical, and personal development skills to create new, human-centered methods for data-drive-optimization that harness, exploit and present data in a trustworthy way.
As part of CoRDS, ITU hosts a project developing interpretable methods for assigning experts to cases to review (based on semantic analysis of past work of the experts and policy constraints). The practical case study will be peer review (matching reviewers to scientific manuscripts for review, based on reviewer publication history and various constraints for reviewer diversity).
