Project Details
Description
The proposed research project aims to investigate whether machine learning approaches can distinguish between individuals at ultra-high risk (UHR) of developing psychosis and healthy controls (HC) through facial expressions. The project also aims to identify subgroups within the UHR group. The study will use video recordings of participants from the FOCUS trial and consider additional clinical and cognitive metrics. The study will employ machine learning
and multimodal approaches to analyze the data. If successful, the research may be used to facilitate the early detection and diagnosis of mental disorders.
