I am Full Professor in Information Systems at Roskilde University, Denmark. Furthermore I was appointed honorary professor ( ‘Adjungeret Professor’) in Information Systems at the IT University of Copenhagen in 2012. I have more than 20 years of experience working as Project and Research manager and doing research in IT and project management. I hold M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Copenhagen Business School. I am certified ISO 9000 auditor, certified in the Belbin team role model, and Bootstrap maturity assessor. Currently I am undertaking a project to study agile project management in several companies. I am also doing several design science research studies. I recently finished another project called SourceIT focusing on virtual and distributed projects. Prior to that I have studied and written on internet speed projects, estimation and risk management, enterprise architecture, IT strategy and maturity. Teaching languages: Danish/English.

Study program leader (“Studieleder”) from April 1998 to January 2000, for the Computer Science and Business Administration study program at CopenhagenBusinessSchool. This involved responsibility for a Secretariat with 2,5 employees, approximately 80 teachers, and 600 students.
1997-98
Danish Project Leader for the SMILE Project. A project financed by the European Union under the ESSI-programme. In the SMILE-project we developed a multi media CD-ROM on software quality and process improvement. In Denmark in the project I had four people employed. The CD-ROM was distributed to 3000 people in Europe in November 1998.
