Game Lab

An academic lab at ITU is a physical laboratory that seeks to encourage interaction between faculty, students and external stakeholders. There are both research and teaching labs – often combined. A lab has an academic responsible defining the overall aim and purpose of the lab. Additionally, a lab will typically have a lab manager who handles the daily administration.

The Game Lab is a teaching space and hub for the students of the Games Programme.

The lab hosts classes, events, and play sessions connected to the programme. The Game Lab offers state-of-the-art VR equipment and a set of computers for development and a lot of free space to realise games projects.
