This course gives an introduction to the field of data mining with applications to game development.After this course, you should be able to address complex data analyses, extracting information from large amount of data with a variety of data types.
The course is relatively practically oriented, focusing on applicable algorithms. Practical exercises will involve both use of a freely available data mining packages and individual implementation of algorithms.
