Description
Members of the REFLACT research group, together with the Section for Digitalization, Democracy, and Governance, had the pleasure of hosting a creative writing workshop led by author Helene Johanne Christensen.Through fictional writing techniques, we explored how to attune ourselves to more-than-human perspectives and engage with our surroundings in attentive and imaginative ways. The session invited us to consider often-overlooked viewpoints in our environments, and introduced us to artistic practices and the potential of fiction as a method for sensing, relating to place, and imagining sustainable futures.
Thank you, Helene, for facilitating such a curious and inspiring session!
If you’re interested in diving deeper into these ideas, they are thoughtfully explored in the related paper by Olivia T. Harre.
